Our mission at Aloha Country Gardens, based in Makawao, is to provide beautiful, locally sustainable, and organically-minded produce that nourishes our Maui community.

Using vertical aeroponic farming, we optimize production with minimal land, reduced pests, and 95% less water. 

We see our upcountry farm as a working prototype, demonstrating that small-scale, water-efficient aeroponic farming can succeed on Maui.

Our aim is to contribute not just amazing food, but capacity, skills, and long-term resilience to our island.
